At Alcone Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange or refund.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure items are in original, unopened condition and were purchased within the last 30 days; note that certain professional hygiene products are final sale.

Email our support team or call our New York office to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for processing all returns.

Pack Your Items

Securely package the products with the original packing slip and clearly write your assigned RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Ship and Process

Send your package via a traceable carrier to our warehouse; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be finalized.
